21 DAYS: 5 MIN SNACK IDEAS
We get it, it can be hard to get creative while your fasting (and on the go)! Our suggestion for snacking? GO FRESH! Fresh fruits, veggies, nuts etc. Here are some helpful snacks you can take with you through your busy day.
CARROTS + HUMMUS
Hummus pairs great with all kinds of fresh cut veggies! Some store bought hummus is okay. (As always we advise you to read the labels and check for any sugar, dairy, etc).
APPLES + PEANUT BUTTER
A perfect snack if you like something salty and sweet!
You can also grab a handful of cashews, almonds, or peanuts to pair with your berries or fruit.
CHIA SEED PUDDING
Okay, so this doesn't technically take 5 minutes to MAKE, but it does take 5 minutes to PREP!
2 Cups Unsweetend Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
1 tsp Cinnamon (or raw cacao powder)
Blended Milk + 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
Chill in the refrigerator for 30-40min. (We suggest chilling overnight for best results). Top with any fresh fruit of your choice.
RICE CAKES + PEANUT BUTTER + BANANA SLICES
This is our favorite snack AND breakfast! Grab a plain brown rice cake (We love Lunberg Organics), add a tbsp of any nut butter and some banana slices. You can also throw on any berry if you don't like bananas!
